Hello! My name is Marissa (pronounced Ma-REE-sa, Filipina thing),
First thing first: Yes that is the same dress in two different colors! :p
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health Sciences, and currently I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy student as well as a certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor. I create free workout programs and playlists for anyone to try out and enjoy! Before I was a fitness instructor, I would search and search Pinterest for FREE fitness programs. I wanted someone to tell me “what to do/ how much to do/ how long to do it.” My solution was to create a blog that delivered exactly that!
Many of my workout will be equipment-free, which means you can do them from the convenience of your bedroom, dorm room, living room, or even the great outdoors! (Of course, feel free to do them at your local gym as well. I often will do them in an empty racquetball court at my own recreation center when no one is around!) Feel free to modify them, or use bits and pieces in your own workouts.
